| Do you require titles? |
| Every state has different requirements for the transferring the ownership of a vehicle. We will work with you to accomplish this, regardless on what paperwork you currently have. |

| How fast can my vehicle be towed away? |
| Our network of towers can usually tow away your vehicle in less than 2 business days. |

| What do I do if there is a lein holder listed on the title? |
| We will need the Original Lein Release from the Lein holder, stating that the Lein has been staisfied. |

| What ensures me I will get payment for my vehicle? |
| An Agreement document will be e-mailed to you, which you will need to review with your represenitive to ensure that the amount, mailing address, and payment info are correct. |

| Who handles my vehicles final paperwork? |
| All the paperwork is handled at the holding facility that picks up your vehicle, and they process that with your local DMV. |

| What if my vehicle is not at home but at a repair shop? |
| We pick up vehicles at repair shops as a convenience to our customers, no charge. |

| How soon will my title be transferred after the sale? |
| Your title will be transferred out of your name in between 1 and 4 weeks. |

| Do you purchase cars that run and drive? |
| Yes, we do purchase all types of running and driving vehicles. |

| What if I am in a different state then my vehicle? |
| In most cases, we can purchase your vehicle regardless of where your location is. |

| Do you charge to have my vehicle towed away? |
| Not at all; Once you agree to our offer, we will have it towed away at no charge to you. |

| What options do you offer for payment of my vehicle? |
| We can currently pay you for your vehicle by mailing you a check or depositing the funds to your PayPal account. Payments will be made directly by us, not the towing company who removes your vehicle. |

| When will I receive payment? |
| In most cases, payments are sent within 10-14 business days of the pickup of the vehicle. This time is required to ensure that all paperwork is correct with the vehicle and that no further documentation will be needed. |

| Will someone need to come appraise my vehicle in person or do I need to bring my vehicle in for inspection? |
No! The great thing about Buy my Wreck is that everything is handled right on the phone; no waiting for an appraiser to meet and no sitting in a waiting room while your car is inspected. How could it be easier!? |

| What should I write in the description notes about my vehicle? |
Tell us if your vehicle was in an accident or damaged, and if it runs and drives. Also let us know if you have a title for the vehicle. |

| How will i recieve payment if I have a change of address? |
We offer 2 ways of payment: Pay Pal or by Check. If the payment is by check, please make sure we have the proper mailing address (with an apartment number if applicable), city & zip code. This will be on your payment agreement sent to you. |

| Can I get more money if I drive it to your facility? |
Absolutely. In most cases this will eliminate our cost for towing allowing us to give a higher offer. |

| Where do I sign my title? |
A customer service rep will assist you on how to properly fill out and sign your title. |
